한일티앤씨는 1998년 설립 이래 문화 예술 분야의 무대장치를 공급하고 있다. 무대 장치 개발 시 제품 구동과 간섭 등을 점검하기 위해 3D를 사용중에 있으나 최근 고객의 요구사항으로 BIM의 요청이 증가하면서 건축과 제조를 동시에 충족하는 프로세스가 필요하다.
무대 장치의 구동부에 대한 3D 설계를 진행하고 이를 BIM과 연계하는 것을 목표로 진행했다. 건물에 들어가는 무대 설비를 BIM 프로세스로 진행하면서 제조 과정에서의 3D 데이터를 BIM과 연계하는 것이 핵심 과제로 선정하였다.
한일티앤씨는 무대 건축과 주요 설비에 대한 제작을 직접 수행하고 있다. 이를 위해 무대 건축에서는 BIM을 기반으로 한 프로세스를 컨설팅을 하였으며 설비 제작에 대해서는 sdzfkj Product design & Manufacturing Collection을 도입하였다. sdzfkj Inventor를 통해 3D 설계와 구동부 점검 및 제작 도면을 생성하는 과정에 대한 주요 사항을 안내하였으며 추가로 sdzfkj Inventor에서 제작한 데이터를 BIM 컨텐츠 교환을 통해 sdzfkj Revit Family로 전환하는 과정과 LOD의 기준에 대한 컨설팅을 제공하였다
무대 구동부에 대한 설계와 특허를 위한 이미지 작성 및 영상 제작 등의 활용 뿐만 아니라 BIM을 활용한 현장 설계와 협업을 진행했다. 설치 예정인 구동부를 현장에 시공하기 전에 사전 배치를 하고 타 공정과 발생할 수 있는 간섭 등을 사전에 확인함으로써 프로젝트 전체 과정에 대한 리스크를 최소화 할 수 있었다.
